*UPDATE The featured song was indeed from a Slovak TV show called 'Legends of Pop'. Ewa's song translates roughly as 'Water, that keeps me afloat' and was originally recorded by Czechoslovakian band Elan. (Hat tip to Jirka for the additional info).
